An Italian Masterpiece

The Maiora 35 EXUMA is sporty, innovative and unconventional

Sponsored by

Maiora is the Next Yacht Group brand that epitomises quintessential Italian craftsmanship and offers owners unparalleled onboard liveability. With its elegance, huge volumes and functional solutions at a speed of 35 knots, always in comfort and safety, the Maiora EXUMA 35 is a wonderful example of this. It has a has very distinctive technical and design features and blends together with the outstanding liveability, advanced technologies and unmatched performances in her segment.

Three water-jet units, combined with three approximately 2,000 HP engines pushes her to a top speed of 35 knots, always ensuring the utmost comfort, free of any vibrations. This type of propulsion also widens the choice of possible cruising speeds and the efficiency. Two gyroscopic stabilisers and dynamic trim control increase comfort and safety when cruising. Outstanding manoeuvrability and the ability to navigate in shallow waters means that the yacht has a very short stopping distance and can perform unique manoeuvres and sharp turns safely, to explore the wonderful beaches and waters of, of course, Exumas!

With her 35.2m length, 7.8m width and impressive inter-deck heights, it offers extremely airy, comfortable exterior and interior spaces. The exterior lines are slender, rakish and powerful looking. The stern is characterised by a large, elegant staircase that leads directly to the sea – a refreshing dive is just a few steps away. Generous spaces have been reserved for the tenders: one is almost 6.5 metres long, quite an unprecedented size on a 35m boat, and is stored in the floodable side garage, allowing it to be launched fast, easily and safely; the other 3.5m service tender is available for the crew in the aft garage. An added bonus: water toys and anything one needs to enjoy life at sea are always readily accessible.

The interior layout has been designed to create a seamless, free-flowing continuum between indoor and outdoor areas, always ensuring maximum privacy, if one so wishes. Natural light pervades all interiors, shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the salon and the wide windows in the master stateroom as well as in the guest cabins located on the lower deck.

This model is fitted with two helm stations – an extremely functional choice: one is located forward on the main deck, directly connected to the crew quarters, and is meant to be used exclusively by the captain; the second, on the upper deck, enables the owner to drive his boat while spending time with his family and guests as they are having fun and relaxing. This second helm station is part of a large salon located in the central part of the fly bridge and connected to the outdoor areas, both fore and aft. The peculiarity of this area is that it is fully convertible: thanks to the “up and down” side and front windows, the fully retractable aft door and a sliding "moon-roof", this enclosed and perfectly conditioned space can be easily converted into a totally open area, where, in less than a minute, one can decide to enjoy the breeze at sunset or dine under the stars.

Lady Nina, the first unit in this line, will be on display at the Monaco Yacht show (28 September to 1 October).
