Former Top Chef contestant Lee Anne Wong is now serving island-style rations at this popular cafe favoured by the local brunch crowd, who come for goodies like kimchi bacon scones and black sesame yuzu muffins, as well as an especially inventive breakfast bruschetta made with locally sourced fruit and macadamia nut yogurt, or cornflake French toast with frosted flake gelato. Skillets, eggs, salads (like the intriguingly named Kitchen Sink Salad) and steamy plates of miso smoked pork or poi biscuits and gravy, meanwhile, are enough to keep you there for a late lunch as well!
