Fook Lam Moon
A monument to traditional Cantonese cuisine

What began some 85 years ago as a catering service delivering masterfully prepared dishes direct to the doors of Hong Kong’s elite, today the roles are reversed somewhat. A four-storey restaurant in Wan Chai, the elite now flock to Fook Lam Moon for the same Canton classics. Here extensive menus of dim sum and à la carte plates have captured the minds and taste buds of the city since opening in 1972. Gourmet goodies can also be taken away from the restaurant now too, with the recent introduction of Fook Lam Moon Fine Food shop.
