Restaurant Passerini
Paris’s prince of pasta
Heralded by many as the best new Italian restaurant in Europe, this eatery, housed in the former premises of a corner cafe in the 12th Arrondissement, is home to acclaimed chef Giovanni Passerini. The Rome-born toque knows how to wow a crowd with dishes like ravioli with fava beans and Pecorino and skewered lamb offal with a parsley-and-cornichon sauce. Abutting the restaurant is Passerini’s intriguing Pastificio boutique, where you can pick up tasty noodles, zesty jarred sauces and cheeses to prepare a meal at home.
