Venerable Thai dining overlooking Tang Lung Street

Named after the Thai word for the rainy season, under which many key Thai ingredients thrive, Issaya Siamese Club sits as a progressive kitchen where such herbs, vegetables, fruits and rice are showcased – under the keen eye of co-founder chef Ian Kittichai. This Hong Kong outpost, sister restaurant to the world-renowned namesake club in Bangkok, emulates the menu and members-club styling, importing much of its furnishings from Thailand to achieve this. On the 25th floor of the Soundwill Plaza II, impressive views out across the harbour frame the meal, with an outdoor terrace for  alfresco dining, plus a few additions of Hong Kong specialities with an international twist set the card apart.
