Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin
A progressive take on Thai cuisine
Sister to the Michelin-starred Kiin Kiin restaurant in Copenhagen, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is an exciting concept from founding chef Henrik Yde-Andersen. Designed around a central water feature comprised of lily ponds, the dining room is distinctly Thai with antiques, high ceilings and dark wood furnishings. The menu, while also Thai, is far more cutting edge, with traditional dishes turned on their heads resulting in a very modern, sometimes molecular interpretation of the country’s cuisine.
