Capim Santo

Enduring eatery for Brazilian food cooked with French techniques

Dating back to 1982, this is a restaurant that pays full tribute to the natural wonders of Brazil. Located in Jardins, Capim Santo is full of banana trees and coconut palms with cuisine that is both healthy and full of invention. It’s trad Brazilian food but with a distinctively mod Euro lightness of touch, perfectly exemplified in dishes such as the heart palm croquette with rangpur lime sauce, the tapioca churros with Serra da Canastra cheese and the sea bass with herbs and nuts crust served with Brazilian ratatouille.
