When talented young chef Ludovic Le Goardet (formerly at the Four Seasons Geneva) and his wife Elisabeth opened this authentic market-driven vegetarian-friendly bistro in the summer of 2014, little did they dream that the simple but refined chalkboard menu – think pumpkin soup, chicken stuffed with foie gras and roast mousse au chocolat – would become a smash hit with the locals.
