Lazare
Busy transit-hub bistro with style

Named for the busy Saint-Lazare train station within which it is situated, this convivial restaurant is an exercise in understatement. Run by Michelin-starred chef Eric Frechon, it offers homey dishes, from perfectly roasted chicken to the chef’s signature soufflé, the Paris-Deauville. The interiors are a minimalist take on typical bistro style, but make sure you book a table in the main dining room, in order to be spared the sight of commuters rushing by on their way to their trains.
