The Geisel family strikes gold yet again

In Munich, the Geisel family name has become synonymous with outstanding gastronomy. Nowhere is this reputation more deserved than at Restaurant Königshof. Set inside historical Hotel Königshof, this eatery is a paradox of innovation and tradition masterminded by head chef Martin Fauster, an Austrian native who has garnered a Michelin star for his work with seasonal ingredients and their artful presentation. The degustation option offers a four-course journey from prawns to panna cotta, but the Martin Fauster menu is an eight-course odyssey all its own.
