Combal.Zero

Haute cuisine meets contemporary art

Photo: Martin Kreuzer

Indicative of Turin's oft-acknowledged love for contemporary art, it comes as little surprise that top-class eateries grace the city’s galleries. One such, Combal.Zero, found within the Castello di Rivoli Museum of Contemporary Art, ranks as one of the country’s most feted restaurants, and currently holds two Michelin stars. Chef Davide Scabin’s menu, plated from the quirky juxtaposition of a contemporary glass space within the historic Castello, is a high-tech voyage taking in such dishes as cyber eggs and virtual oyster.
