Found amid the designer boutiques and chic lodgings on and around Passeig de Gràcia, chef Martín Berasategui’s dishes innovative two- Michelin-starred cuisine making use of the freshest seasonal produce and seafood available, both the a la carte and tasting menus a toothsome array of bitesized arrangements drawing upon diverse sources – dishes such as the slightly marinated warm oyster with iced watercress slush, shiso and sea mist, and the malt and beet risotto with sweet gorgonzola and stewed eel.
