Fotografiska
Photo-worthy views of the water twinned with veggie perfection
Taking residence in the popular photography museum of the same name, it’s fitting that the restaurant’s elevated spot affords prime photo opportunities of the waterfront and Gamla Stan. With celebrated chef Paul Svensson at the helm, there is an emphasis on vegan and vegetarian meals centred around sustainably sourced organic plants. But carnivores fear not, Fotografiska’s menu is bolstered by meat and fish and – on the lunch menu – intriguing concoctions such as noodle soup with pork broth. Of course, the veggie efforts stand out there too, for example the oven-baked fennel, tomato broth, yellow beets and saffron aioli.
