Kenzo
Japanese cuisine with vineyard provenance

Following the success of their Kenzo Estate vineyard and its four restaurants, plus various tasting rooms in their native Japan, Kenzo and Natsuko Tsujimoto have introduced Kenzo, a pre-fixe Kaiseki and sushi restaurant that brings the experience of acclaimed Japanese chef Hiroyuki Kanda to Downtown Napa. Rich with imported woods, lighting and art objects, Kenzo’s elegantly appointed space seats 27 diners across a sushi counter, tabled seating and a further, separate private sushi counter – a refined environment in which to enjoy dishes such as Sawara Mackerel grilled with Japanese cedar and the Straw Seared Salmon Sashimi with house-made soy sauce. All paired to Kenzo Estates wines, naturally, plus an array of sakes.
