Inside the recently opened The Beekman hotel, restaurateur Keith McNally brings his considerable expertise to bear (following the likes of beloved eateries Balthazar and Minette Tavern) with Augustine, an all-day brasserie plating French classics alongside lighter bites – think Waldorf salad appetiser and duck à l’orange from the rotisserie, in an airy, Frenchified rustic space with heavy chandeliers and leather banquettes and booths. At the bar, diners will find cocktail creations masterminded by much-lauded mixologist Dale Degroff.
