Augustine
All-day brasserie and lighter bites in the Financial District
Inside the recently opened The Beekman hotel, restaurateur Keith McNally brings his considerable expertise to bear (following the likes of beloved eateries Balthazar and Minette Tavern) with Augustine, an all-day brasserie plating French classics alongside lighter bites – think Waldorf salad appetiser and duck à l’orange from the rotisserie, in an airy, Frenchified rustic space with heavy chandeliers and leather banquettes and booths. At the bar, diners will find cocktail creations masterminded by much-lauded mixologist Dale Degroff.
