It took a full year for distillers Max Schauerte and Daniel Schönecker to create what they believe is the perfect dry gin, The Duke, named for Duke Heinrich den Löwen, who founded the city of Munich in 1158. An certified organic distillery, the 45%-alcohol elixir boasts a total of 13 carefully selected herbs and spices, alongside hop blossom and malt. Available at selected purveyors throughout the city.
