The Nine Streets
Boutique shopping heaven

De Negen Straatjes district is one of the most popular shopping areas in town. Cobble-stoned, boutique-lined and effortlessly stylish, it is full of small, unique shops specialising in hand-made, vintage, locally designed and lovingly presented products. Even though it's in every guidebook, the area is big and decentralised enough to give you the feeling of discovering each gem of a shop all by yourself. If you fancy another treat after hitting the shops, there's also cafes, restaurants and bars sprinkled throughout.
