Gale South Beach & Regent Hotel thrives as an after-dinner venue, luring revellers to both The Regent Cocktail Club and its sister bar the Rec Room. The former offers a classic cocktail experience with drinks produced by the connoisseur bartenders – don’t call them mixologists – who also offer an education in exotic drinks at bimonthly classes.
