At a restaurant that takes its name from the Austrian region Styria and has been run by the same family for almost half a century, you might expect a taste of tradition – and you would be right. Heinz Reitbauer offers local delicacies, with a distinct flavour of terroir. Since the Paris-trained chef took over from his parents, he has also been striving to modernise, most noticeably by moving to a sleek glass cube within Stadtpark.
