Sunset aperitifs at the sophisticated Champagne Bar segue into a seductive meal overlooking the beach in Nusa Dua at the St Regis’s signature restaurant. Kayuputi translates to “white wood”. And the restaurant’s look, fittingly, is minimalist, with lots of glass and white linen in the lofty indoor/outdoor space. Eight-course degustation menus are worth settling in for. And on the haute-Asian à la carte menu are such treats as Wagyu beef, confit of sweet prawn tartar and Tasmanian salmon.
