La Mar Cebichería
An authentic exploration of Peruvian flavours

After Anthony Vásquez made a success of La Mar Lima, Peru’s culinary godfather Gastón Acurio relocated the early 2015 to open the Buenos Aires branch in a restored mansion. A roaring success from day one, Vásquez shows off contemporary Peruvian seafood dishes, wowing diners with abundant and fresh ceviche and its spicy leche de tigre sauce, anticuchos, causas and whole fish friend nikkei style. Flavours are full and fresh, a genuine taste of Peru. Best served with a pisco-based chilcano cocktail.
