Restaurant Vermeer
Masterfully named, conveniently located
A restaurant that names itself after one of the great Dutch masters is certain to invite the question whether it delivers master chef quality. Luckily, Christopher Naylor and his team needn't shy away from that comparison. The Michelin-starred menu is a consistently premium experience. The setting, in four adjoining canal houses, across from the central train station, is both convenient and comfortingly plush.
