Bohemian Bloomsbury plays host to this seafood-focused restaurant, which is open all day, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. The centrepiece of the dining room is the oyster bar, which unsurprisingly serves up delicious oysters and other shellfish.

The ingredients? The best seasonal produce sourced from across the British Isles. It’s not all seafood though; guests can also enjoy, for example, dry-aged beef from Yorkshire. Accompanying these delectable dishes is the regularly updated low-intervention wine list curated by the renowned wine master Isabelle Legeron.
