Apsara
A luxury river cruise taking in Bangkok at night
Run by the Banyan Tree hotel, Apsara is a riverboat, which operates dinner cruises along the Chao Phraya River. Sailing for two hours every evening, the cruise takes in some of the city’s most famous riverside sights including Wat Arun and the Grand Palace. The décor is traditional Thai as is the menu, which includes several courses and follows a fine-dining formula. The boat stops at several points along the way, allowing guests to take pictures.
